Emami Infrastructure Ltd to shift registered office

The Board of Directors of Emami Infrastructure Ltd in their meeting held on 13th December, 2017 has decided that the shifting of registered office of the Company to Acropolis, 13th Floor, 1858/1, Rajdanga Main Road, Kasba, Kolkata - 700 107 will be effective from 1st February, 2018, instead of 15th December, 2017.
