HDFC allots 3,35,990 equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC) has allotted 3,35,990 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 319,41,14,680 consisting of 159,70,57,340 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.

Shares of HOUSING DEVELOPMENT FINANCE CORP.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1648.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1678.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 152527 in over 2448 trades.
