Aditya Birla Money Ltd allots 68,990 Equity shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Aditya Birla Money Limited has vide its circular resolution dated November 21, 2017 allotted 68,990 Equity shares of Re.1/- each to the option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS-2014).

Post said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the company stands increased from 5,58,89,213 to 5,59,58,202 Equity shares of Re.1/- each aggregating Rs.5,59,58,202/-.

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA MONEY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.80 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 78.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44052 in over 574 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 83 and intraday low of 78.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3557031.
