Bombay High Court approves arrangement between Hotel Leelaventure and Kovalam Hotels Ltd

Hotel Leelaventure Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay had sanctioned the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Kovalam Hotels Ltd (the Transferor Company) and the Company (the Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders, vide its Order dated November 02, 2007. The appointed date for the same will be April 01, 2006.

The copy of the Order is awaited.
