Automotive Axles Board to recommend final dividend

Automotive Axles Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 19, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To take on record the audited financial results for the year ending September 30, 2007.

2. To review and if feasible, recommend final dividend to the shareholders for the year ending September 30, 2007.
