Godrej Properties allots 1036 shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the 'GPL ESGS'), the option grantee have exercised 1,036 stock grants equivalent to 1,036 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company (the 'Equity Shares') during the exercise period.

Accordingly, the duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on October 09, 2017, allotted 1,036 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- per Equity Share to the option grantee in terms of the GPL ESGS.

Consequently, with effect from October 09, 2017, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,08,23,87,885/- consisting of 21,64,77,577 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.644.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 636.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 43691 in over 1767 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 659 and intraday low of 630. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28391471.
