J K Paper fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

J K Paper Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from December 03, 2007 to December 12, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on December 12, 2007.
