iGate Global to terminate JV with Software AG (India) Pvt Ltd

iGate Global Solutions Ltd has announced that the Company and Software AG had teamed up successfully in the entry of Software AG into offshore development in India by setting up a joint venture (JV) Company Software AG (India) Pvt Ltd. After a most successful period of four years the JV partners have come to the conclusion that the JV is no more of strategic interest to both Companies and therefore have decided to mutually terminate the JV agreement.

The stock closed the day at Rs.363.80, down by Rs.5.10 or 1.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.374.50 and low of Rs.357.

The total traded quantity was 24707 compared to 2 week average of 12402.
