Insul Electronics to consider JV with Ajay Piramal Group for Realty Business

Insul Electronics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 15, 2007, to consider Joint Venture arrangement with Ajay Piramal Group for Realty Business.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1460.55, up by Rs. 69.55 or 5%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1460.55 and low of Rs.1415.

The total traded quantity was 800 compared to 2 week average of 2445.
