The Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd vide their Resolutions passed by Circulation on September 14, 2017 approved the grant of 9,50,000 Stock Options under CFL Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2017 at a market price determined as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefit) Regulations, 2014 as amended from time to time.
