The Phoenix Mills Ltd allots 15833 shares

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of The Phoenix Mills Limited in its meeting held today i.e. September 13, 2017 (which commenced at 5:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:30 p.m.) has allotted 15,833 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each fully paid-up at an exercise price of Rs. 316.80/- per share to Mr. Pradumna Kanodia, Director - Finance of the Company upon exercise of stock options pursuant to The Phoenix Mills Employees Stock Option Plan 2007.

Consequent upon allotment of the above shares, the equity share capital of the Company stand increased from present level of 15,30,66,907 (Nos.) to 15,30,82,740 (Nos.) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of The Phoenix Mills Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.500.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 508.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2177 in over 317 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 516 and intraday low of 500.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1104006.
