Quess Corp Ltd to allot shares

The duly authorized Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of Quess Corp Ltd, at its meeting held on August 18, 2017 decided to allot today (i.e. August 18, 2017), 1,09,24,029 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to successful applicants at an issue price of Rs. 800 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 8739.22 million, under Issue.
