Polygenta Technologies Ltd updates on preferential issue

A Board Meeting of Polygenta Technologies Ltd will be held on Wednesday, 23rd August 2017 to consider ratification of the price of Rs.47/- at which 1,01,55,893 CCPS were allotted to PerPETual Global Technologies Limited on preferential basis on 24th February 2015; including recommendation of the resolution to the Shareholders for considering the said ratification at the ensuing AGM.
