Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd signs LoI with Sumar Logistics

As a part of expansion plan for warehouse business, Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd today i.e. on 10th July 2017 signed Letter of Intent with M/s Sumar Logistics & Industrial Park to acquire warehouse of 35000 sq.ft. carpet area in Gujarat on 30 year lease basis. This Letter of Intent is subject to final lease agreement.

Shares of PATEL INTEGRATED LOGISTICS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.89 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 86.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 82336 in over 539 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 91 and intraday low of 87.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7323371.
