Strides Shasun Ltd clarifies on fund raising from KKR

Strides Shasun Ltd has clarified with reference to the article appeared in online edition of Mint on June 12, 2017 titled 'Strides Shasun promoters raise Rs. 500 crore from KKR'.

Strides Shasun Ltd has not raised funds / entered into financing arrangement with KKR nor does it have plans for entering into any financing arrangement with KKR, in any manner whatsoever.

Shares of Strides Shasun Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.917.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 942.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 47075 in over 2830 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 949.25 and intraday low of 915. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 43502407.
