RBL Bank Ltd approves allotment of 284564 Equity Shares

RBL Bank Limited has allotted 284,564 (Two Lac Eighty Four Thousand Five Hundred & Sixty Four) equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each on June 2, 2017 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 376,163,023 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,761,630,230 to 376,447,587 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 3,764,475,870.
