NOCIL Ltd approves allotment of 304525 Equity Shares On Exercise Of Stock Options

Pursuant to the Company's 'Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2007', on 12th May 2017, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of NOCIL Ltd has allotted equity shares to the Senior Management Personnel.

1,61,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company has been allotted at an Exercise Price of Rs. 37.65 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 1st April 2015 and 1,43,525 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company at an Exercise Price of Rs.52.85 per share on exercise of equal number of Stock Options granted on 5th May 2016.

The aforementioned shares have been credited to the respective demat account of the allottees on 22nd May, 2017.

Shares of NOCIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.97.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 101.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 195663 in over 1561 trades.
