A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Ltd, is being convened on May 22, 2017, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2017 and dividend, if any, for the year 2016-17.
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window will remain closed for directors and designated employees of the Company from May 10, 2017 till May 24, 2017 (both days inclusive).
