Jai Balaji Purchases entire shareholding of Nilachal Iron

Jai Balaji Industries Ltd has announced that in terms of the approval granted by the Board of Directors on July 21, 2007, the Company has purchased the entire shareholdings of Nilachal Iron and Power Ltd, a Company having its Registered Office at 46/C, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata, as per the terms and conditions of the Agreement dated July 21, 2007.
