Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd approves allotment of 140297 equity shares against exercise of vested Employee Stock Options

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd in its meeting held on April 13, 2017, has approved the Allotment of 140,297 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each towards the exercise of vested stock options under various ESOP Schemes of the Company.

The Company has already received the in-principle approval from NSE and BSE for listing and is in the process of applying for the final listing approval of the above shares on NSE and BSE.

The paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,193,770,720 to Rs. 1,195,173,690.
