NTPC commissions 2nd unit of 800 MW Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station

The 2nd unit of NTPC Ltd's 800 MW of Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station (3 X 800 MW) has been commissioned. With this, the commissioned capacity of Kudgi Super Thermal Power Station, NTPC and NTPC group has become 1600 MW, 42977 MW and 49943 MW respectively.

Shares of NTPC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.164.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 160.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 173986 in over 1984 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 164.8 and intraday low of 161. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 28452859.
