Ontrack Systems Ltd has announced that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 27, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of Dividend.

Approval for Follow-on-Public Offer by the Company.

Approval for Consolidation of Equity Shares of the Company from Re 1/- to Rs 10/- per share.
