Intellect Design Arena Ltd approves allotment of 526,500 Equity Shares Under ASOP Schemes

The Members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Intellect Design Arena Ltd vide its Circular Resolution dated March 18th, 2017 has approved the allotment of 503,500 shares to Fourteen (14) associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme, the allotment of 23,000 shares to Five (5) associates under ISOP 2015 Scheme.
