ETT Ltd approves redemption of NCNPRPS

The Board of Directors of ETT Ltd at their meeting, held today i.e. on March 14, 2017 have accorded their approval for redemption of 1,00,00,000 6% non-cumulative non-participating redeemable preference shares of the Company (non-listed securities) at a face value of Rs. 10/- per share.
