Shriram City Union Finance Ltd intends to raise funds through issue and allotment on Private Placement basis of 2250 secured Non Convertible Redeemable Debentures of face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating to Rs. 2,25,00,00,000 (Two hundred and twenty five crores), which will be considered for issue by Banking and Securities Management Committee, authorized committee of the Board of Directors in its meeting scheduled to be held on March 07, 2017.
