The Board of Directors of Max Ventures and Industries Ltd at its meeting held on February 17, 2017, has approved the allotment of securities of the Company.

The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Arthur Seter as an Additional (Non-Executive Nominee) Director of the Company.
