India Ratings upgrades Credit Rating of Catvision Limited

The credit ratings of Catvision Ltd have been upgraded/affirmed by the rating agency India Ratings & Research Private Limited for the credit facilities availed by the Company.

The rating of term loan has been upgraded from IND tB / Stable to IND tB+ / Stable. The rating of fund based working capital facilities has been upgraded from IND BB / Stable / IND A4+ to IND BB+ / Stable / IND A4+.

The rating on non fund based working capital facilities has been reaffirmed as IND A4+. The rating on fixed deposit (from members only) has been affirmed as IND tB+ / Stable.
