Zee Learn Ltd approves allotment of 49993 Shares upon exercise of Stock Option

The ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of Zee Learn Ltd at its meeting held on February 02, 2017 has approved allotment of total 49,993 equity shares consisting of 17,500 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 26.05 per Equity Share; 11,430 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 20.85 per Equity Share and 21,063 Equity Shares of Re. 1/- at an exercise price of Rs. 35.25 per Equity Share under the ZLL ESOP 2010 - AMENDED 2015 Scheme.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,971,415 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 320,971,415/- to 321,021,408 equity shares of Re. 1/- each aggregating Rs. 321,021,408/-.

Shares of ZEE LEARN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.48 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 47.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 35260 in over 387 trades.
