NLC India Ltd Board to consider Buy-back of Equity Shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of NLC India Ltd is scheduled to be held on January 31, 2017, to consider matters related to buy back of fully paid equity shares of the Company including matters related/incidental thereto and any other matter as the Board of the Directors may decide during the course of the meeting.

Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Securities as required under the code of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed from January 26, 2017 to February 02, 2017 (both days inclusive) for aforesaid purpose.
