Sakthi Finance fixes Record Date for 1:2 right issue

Sakthi Finance Ltd has announced that October 31, 2007 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of Rights entitlement (One equity share for every Two equity shares held i.e. 1:2) at a price of Rs 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.14.66, up by Rs.1.01 or 7.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.35 and low of Rs.14.66.

The total traded quantity was 12903 compared to 2 week average of 4614.
