HDIL Receives Mumbai Airport Slum Rehabilitation Project

Housing Development & Infrastructure Ltd (HDIL) has announced that the Company has received a Letter of Intent dated October 15, 2007, for the Airport Slum Rehabilitation project, for removal of slums from encroached Airport land, which has been awarded by Mumbai International Airport Pvt Ltd to the Company.

The Company has also executed an Agreement dated October 15, 2007 for rehabilitation and development of slums around the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and development of part of the cleared land.

The stock closed on Monday at Rs.765.15, up by Rs.20.45 or 2.75%. The total traded quantity was 529369 compared to 2 week average of 1019608.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.773 and low of Rs.752.25.
