Timex Watches Ltd is now Timex Group India Ltd

Timex Watches Ltd has announced that pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors of Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2007 and approval of members of Company at their Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2007, the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana has approved the change of name of Company from "Timex Watches Ltd" to "Timex Group India Ltd".

The stock closed the day at Rs.32.20, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.33.75 and low of Rs.31.95.
