Jindal Stainless clarifies on news regarding Vietnam Plant

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Jindal's $150m Vietnam plant", Jindal Stainless Ltd has clarified that the Company examines / pursues various opportunities in different areas, from time to time on a continuing basis and it is not practicable to comment upon every opportunity at every stage, unless finalised. However, the Company will inform as and when it is finalised.

The stock closed the day at Rs.182.05, up by Rs.13.75 or 8.17%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.183.80 and low of Rs.169.10.

The total traded quantity was 539705 compared to 2 week average of 216836.
