Kwality Limited approves allotment of 517000 equity shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of Kwality Ltd in its meeting held on January 23, 2017, has approved an allotment of 5,17,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 1/- each, being the exercise of 5,17,000 Stock Options under Kwality Employee Stock Option Plan 2014.
