Bharat Fertiliser Board Meeting on Oct 19, 2007 to consider quarterly results

Bharat Fertiliser Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2007.

2. Issue and allotment of 250000 Warrants of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 42/- to be allotted to Shri. Yogendra D Patel, jointly with Smt. Anjani Yogendra Patel, on preferential allotment basis, as approved by the shareholders.
