Geometric Ltd announces cancellation of 9850 Stock Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Geometric Ltd at its meeting held on January 16, 2017 noted cancellation of 9,850 stock options under ESOP scheme 2013 - Employees due to resignation of employees, during the quarter ended December 31, 2017.
