Pratibha Industries Ltd reappoints Chairmand and MD

The Board of Directors of Pratibha Industries Ltd at its meeting held on December 13, 2016 has re-appointed Mr. Ajit B. Kulkarni as Chairman & Managing Director for two years subject to approval of Shareholders and Central Government.

The Board has reappointed Mr. Ravi A. Kulkarni as Whole Time Director for two years subject approval of Shareholders and Central Government.

The Board also approved Postal Ballot Notice for seeking consent of shareholders on aforesaid appointments.

Shares of PRATIBHA INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.12.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 12.24. The total number of shares traded during the day was 85236 in over 399 trades.
