Ramco Industries Ltd Board to consider interim dividend

Ramco Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Half Year ended September 30, 2007 and the Auditors’ Limited Review Report thereon & will also consider the proposal to pay Interim Dividend for the Current Financial year 2007-08.
