KEI Industries raises Rs.20 Crores through CP Issue

KEI Industries Ltd has announced that the Company has issued Commercial Papers amounting to Rs 20 Crores to Lotus India Trustee Co. Pvt, Ltd. A/c Lotus India Liquid Plus Fund on September 26, 2007.

Commercial Paper has been issued for 91 days maturing on December 26, 2007. The face value of this instrument is Rs 5,00,000 each.

The Company has appointed ICICI Bank Ltd as "Issuing & Paying Agent" for this issuance.
