Jhagadia Copper's ICICI Bank dues to be transferred to ARCIL

Jhagadia Copper Ltd has announced that the Company has been informed by fax that by the letter dated September 27, 2007 of ICICI Bank Ltd addressed to Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell that it has been decided by ICICI Bank Ltd to transfer its outstanding dues in term loans to the Company to Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd.

It is also informed in the above the ICICI Bank Ltd will retain working capital facilities granted to the Company as also the preference shares held in the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.28, up by Rs.0.20 or 1.42%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.78 and low of Rs.13.41.

The total traded quantity was 2324514 compared to 2 week average of 911780.
