High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad sanction Scheme of Arrangement of Steel Exchange

Steel Exchange India Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Arrangement involving demerger of Steel Division of M/s. Vizag Profiles Ltd with the Company w.e.f. April 01, 2006 has been approved by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.

The Company will file the Copies of the orders of the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh with Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and also to the Stock Exchanges after receiving the Certified Copies of the Order.
