Emkay Share Updates on SEBI action

Emkay Share & Stock Brokers Ltd has announced about the SEBI Order dated October 01,2 007 in the matter of BILT as follows:

"SEBI has passed an ex-parte interim order on October 01, 2007 in the matter of BILT. The facts of the order are as under:

1. This order has been passed against a few clients of Emkay registered under our one sub-broker.

2. Emkay is not a party to the said order. SEBI has only asked Emkay to conduct an internal enquiry and submit an Action Taken Report."
