Allsec Technologies to acquire Kingdom Builders Inc, Philippines

Allsec Technologies Ltd has announced that the Company has entered in to an agreement to acquire 100% of the shareholding of M/s. Kingdom Builders Inc, a Company in Philippines engaged in the BPO operations. The total cost of acquisition would be around USD 1.5 million. The Company will be proceeding with the other necessary formalities to give effect to the same.

The stock was trading at Rs.145, down by Rs.4 or 2.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.150.80 and low of Rs.142.05.

The total traded quantity was 11225 compared to 2 week average of 8882.
