Almondz Global shareholders & creditors approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Almondz Global Securities Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation between Almondz Capital Markets Pvt Ltd and the Company has been unanimously approved by the Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company at their respective meetings held on September 29, 2007.
