Anjani Synthetics Board to consider Bonus Issue & Interim Dividend

Anjani Synthetics Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter ended on September 30, 2007.

2. To discuss about declaration of interim dividend / issue of bonus share to the shareholders of the Company.
