Dynemic Products Purchases Pigment Manufacturing Plant

Dynemic Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 03, 2007, has approved the proposal of purchase of pigment manufacturing plant from Godwish Rasayan. The said plant is situated at 6402, GIDC Estate, Ankleshwar, adjacent to the Companies existing Unit-1 at Ankleshwar. The said plant is to be purchased in its running condition alongwith all its existing plant and machinery and is spread over the land area of 1888 sq. meters.

The stock was trading at Rs.27.50, up by Rs.1.05 or 3.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29 and low of Rs.21.20.

The total traded quantity was 110995 compared to 2 week average of 56217.
