Zicom Electronic Equity Shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement

Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Equity Shareholders of Company as directed by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay was convened on September 28, 2007.

Mr. Manohar Bidaye, Chairman appointed for the meeting conducted the meeting as directed in the Order of the Bombay High Court dated August 24, 2007. The Scheme of Arrangement ('Scheme') was approved unanimously by all the Equity Shareholders present in person and by proxy / authorized representatives.

The said Scheme shall now be presented for approval and consideration of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay.
