Compact Disc Board to consider right issue

Compact Disc India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2007, inter-alia, to consider the following:

1. The Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007.

2. To consider the right issue.

3. To consider the issue of equity shares of the Company on preferential allotment basis.

4. To consider the issue of convertible warrants.
