Fortis Financial allotted 4.44% of shares in ICSE

Fortis Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Inter Connected Stock Exchange of India Ltd ("ICSE"), in pursuance to the Demutualisation Scheme approved by SEBI, has allotted 62,164 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each to the Company on September 13, 2007, constituting 4.44% of the total Paid-up Equity Share Capital of ICSE.

The stock closed the day at Rs.90, down by Rs.0.25 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91 and low of Rs.88.

The total traded quantity was 7359 compared to 2 week average of 15186.
