OCL India equity shareholders & creditors approve Scheme of Arrangement

OCL India Ltd has announced that the scheme of Arrangement has been unanimously approved by the Shareholders and the secured Creditors at their respective meetings held on September 22, 2007 and by the Unsecured Creditors at their meeting held on September 23, 2007.
